Shipping & Returns

Vampire Bat Co. (VBC) Returns Policy

Only unused items will be accepted for replacement or refund. Unused items are accepted for return with notification within 10 business days from receipt date. Item(s) must be shipped back to VBC within 15 business days from notification date. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. 

Used wood bats are not returnable for replacement or refund.

Unused bats containing flaws in finish or wood will be exchanged at VBC’s expense. VBC must be notified within 10 business days of receipt of any problem. At that time VBC may request visual evidence of the issue. Should VBC request the product be returned, a return authorization shipping label will be issued for shipment back in original packaging, at VBC's expense. Once received, and verified that the bat contains a flaw, the replacement bat (if in stock) will be shipped within 2 business days at VBC's expense.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

Most bat orders can be completed and ready to ship 2 weeks after receiving an order. In stock products will be shipped out within a few days after receiving an order.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
